Miriam, with her background in architecture and design, leads operations, brand development, and organisational planning to keep the business running smoothly.

Calm, knowledgeable and professional, he works closely with Ben to ensure jobs run smoothly and meet Dial Up Plumbing standards, while also mentoring apprentices and supporting the strong family culture of the team.
